Measurement Reference Diagrams
Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits. Keep the tape horizontal and snug but not tight. This is your primary measurement for jacket sizing.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist — typically about 2–3 cm above the navel. Keep the tape level and relaxed. This determines how the lower body of the jacket will sit.
Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Stand naturally with arms relaxed at your sides. A correctly fitted shoulder is the foundation of a jacket that looks tailored.
Starting at the centre back of your neck, measure over the shoulder and down to your wrist bone with your arm slightly bent. Alternatively, measure from shoulder seam to wrist with arm relaxed.
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (top of the shoulder seam) straight down to where you want the jacket to end. For reference, VELDRIC jackets typically fall at hip level.
Always measure in a t-shirt or light base layer — not over a jacket. If you’re between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true to size for our signature structured silhouette.

Cut close to the body with defined shoulders and a tapered waist. Designed to create a commanding silhouette without restricting movement. True to size — measure your chest and go straight to your size.
For those who prefer extra room across the chest or want to layer a hoodie or knitwear underneath. We recommend sizing up by one to achieve this look while maintaining the structured shoulder.
A deliberate, dropped-shoulder look with an elongated body. Not a standard VELDRIC style recommendation, but achievable by sizing up two. Note: shoulders will sit lower and sleeves will be longer.

Tips
Full-grain leather naturally softens and moulds to your body after 4–6 weeks of regular wear. A jacket that feels snug at first will develop a perfect fit over time. This is not a defect — it’s the material working as intended.
The shoulder seam should sit exactly at your shoulder point. Unlike the chest and torso, shoulder width cannot be adjusted after purchase. If you are between sizes and have broader shoulders, size up.
If your chest and waist measurements fall in different size ranges, prioritise your chest measurement and select accordingly. The waist of a leather jacket can be adjusted by a tailor if needed — the chest cannot.
