Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
VELDRIC offers a limited lifetime manufacturing warranty on eligible VELDRIC leather products for the original purchaser.
This warranty is designed to protect against confirmed manufacturing defects, not natural leather aging or damage from use. For this policy, lifetime means the reasonable service life of the product under normal personal use.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, scratches, creasing, patina, fading, softening, stretching, loose grain, cosmetic change, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, water, chemicals, heat, sunlight, or storage damage are not covered.
Eligibility
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from VELDRIC or an authorized VELDRIC sales channel. Second-hand, altered, customized, or unauthorized purchases are not covered.
Claim Review
To request warranty support, contact hello@veldric.com with your order number, clear photos, and a short description. Every claim is subject to VELDRIC inspection and approval.
