VELDRIC return validity is within 5 days after confirmed delivery for eligible unused items.
This policy is written to keep expectations clear before purchase. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and order proof.
Item Condition
Returned pieces must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and sent back with original tags, packaging, invoice, and order proof.
Sale Items
Sale items follow the same 5-day return validity unless a product is explicitly marked Final Sale on the product page.
Refund Handling
Duties, taxes, shipping charges, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable where applicable. Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is checked.
