By visiting our site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Products & Descriptions

VELDRIC offers premium leather outerwear produced in limited quantities. All products are described with as much accuracy as possible, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions. However, we cannot guarantee that product images perfectly represent colour due to variations in screen calibration.

• All leather products are made from genuine animal hides. Slight variations in grain, texture, and tone are natural characteristics, not defects.
• Product weights, measurements, and specifications are approximate and may vary slightly between individual pieces.
• VELDRIC reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• Limited edition and drop-release products are subject to strict availability and are not guaranteed to be restocked.

We take pride in the accuracy of our listings. If you believe a product was materially misrepresented, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order on veldric.com, you are making an offer to purchase a product at the listed price. VELDRIC reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or inventory unavailability.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance is confirmed when your order is dispatched.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement via our secure payment provider.
• VELDRIC accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and approved third-party payment processors.
• In the event of a pricing error, VELDRIC will contact you before processing and reserves the right to cancel the order.

Shipping & Delivery

VELDRIC ships internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and order volume during peak periods.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside VELDRIC’s control.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch from our facility.
• International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country of residence.
• VELDRIC is not liable for packages lost or damaged after confirmed delivery to the provided address.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@veldric.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

VELDRIC maintains strict quality standards. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after receipt are not eligible for return.
• Sale and limited-edition items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

To initiate a return, email support@veldric.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on veldric.com — including but not limited to the VELDRIC name, logo, brand identity, product imagery, copy, design, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of VELDRIC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any VELDRIC content without express written permission.
• Unauthorised use of VELDRIC branding or imagery for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• You may share product images for personal, non-commercial purposes provided that proper attribution is given.

Any feedback, suggestions, or creative input you submit to VELDRIC may be used by VELDRIC without compensation or obligation to you.

Prohibited Use
