All VELDRIC orders are shipped from Bengaluru, India. We ship domestically across all states and union territories in India, and internationally to 40+ countries worldwide.

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Standard Domestic: 3–7 business days
• Express Domestic: 1–3 business days
• International: 7–18 business days (varies by destination)

During peak periods or sales, processing may extend to 5 business days. You will be notified.

• Standard Domestic: ₹200 (free on orders above ₹5,000)
• Express Domestic: ₹400
• International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

International duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

You can also log into your account and check My Orders for real-time status. If your tracking link is not updating after 48 hours, contact us.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@veldric.com with your order number. Investigations open after:

• Domestic: 10 business days past expected delivery
• International: 21 business days past expected delivery

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions. We will keep you updated throughout.

Address changes are only possible within a 2-hour window of placing your order. Email hello@veldric.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.

Once dispatched, address changes are not possible. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will incur re-delivery charges.

VELDRIC uses only 100% genuine, full-grain and top-grain leather selected for quality of grain, weight, and character. The specific leather type varies by jacket — each product page specifies the exact material used.

We do not use bonded leather, PU, or any synthetic substitutes. Every hide is hand-selected before production.

Our product photography is unedited and accurate. That said, genuine leather is a natural material — minor variations in grain pattern, texture, and shade are inherent to the hide. No two jackets are identical in that respect, and that is a quality feature, not a defect.

Screen calibration can also cause slight colour perception differences. If you have specific questions about a product’s appearance, contact us before ordering.

Every jacket is constructed by skilled artisans with meticulous attention to stitching, finish, and hardware quality. We use reinforced seams, quality YKK-equivalent zippers, and structured linings that hold their form over years of wear.

Our production process is deliberately slow. We do not chase volume — we chase standard. Zero shortcuts at any stage.

Yes. Every VELDRIC jacket carries a craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in stitching, hardware, and construction. If your jacket arrives with a defect or develops one within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care. Contact us at hello@veldric.com with photos if you believe your piece has a manufacturing issue.

VELDRIC runs on a limited drop model. Our core range is available consistently, while signature and limited pieces are released in controlled quantities and are not restocked once sold out.

To get early access to new drops before they go live, sign up to the list at the bottom of our home page. Once a drop sells out, it is gone.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unaltered, in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage are not eligible for return.

Limited edition and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing these pieces.

Email hello@veldric.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the item in its current condition

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without receiving confirmation from us first.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, VELDRIC covers the return shipping cost in full.

If the return is for any other reason (size change, change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you require. If the size is available, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Due to our limited production model, stock is not always guaranteed. In cases where the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

Genuine leather requires minimal but consistent care to last decades:

• Wipe down with a slightly damp cloth after wear to remove surface dust and oils.
• Condition with a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months to maintain suppleness.
• Store hanging on a padded hanger — never folded or compressed.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading and cracking.
• Allow the jacket to air out after each wear before storing.

Never machine wash a leather jacket. Water and agitation will strip the leather of its natural oils, causing it to crack, shrink, and lose its shape permanently.

For surface stains, use a damp cloth and leather-specific cleaner. For deep cleaning or serious stains, take your jacket to a professional leather cleaner. Do not use household detergents, alcohol-based products, or solvents on leather.

If your jacket gets wet, do not panic — genuine leather is naturally water-resistant to light moisture. Follow these steps:

• Gently pat dry with a clean, soft cloth. Do not rub.
• Hang to air dry at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
• Do not use a hairdryer or radiator — rapid heat will crack the leather.
• Once fully dry, apply a leather conditioner to restore moisture and suppleness.

For long-term storage (seasonal), condition the leather before storing, then hang the jacket on a wide padded hanger to maintain its shape. Store in a breathable garment bag — not plastic, which traps moisture and causes mildew.

Keep in a cool, dry, dark space with good air circulation. Avoid attics, basements, or anywhere with extreme temperature fluctuations. A quality VELDRIC jacket stored correctly will outlast you.
